I am a university student and for the past two months I have been suffering from panic attacks when I am faced with tense situations like interrogations and exams. This also occurs when I go out with people I don't know very well or when I speak with my professors. The symptoms appear in the form of sweating and most of all a sudden need to urinate that causes me considerable embarrassment and fear that I might “wet my pants”. I really need some help because I don't know how to deal with this problem anymore.
I'm anxiously awaiting your response since I'm no longer able to take my university exams at the best of my ability.
Thank you
Dear Reader,
just recently we published the last piece of the service “Special: Exams” that we highly recommend to you. Take special care to read the section dedicated to breakfast on exam day. If you start the day on the right foot before an interrogation, it's the best way to keep all of the built up pre-test tension in check.
In the case of strong psycho-emotional tensions before an exam, homeopathy offers two important remedies such as Gelsemium and Argentum nitricum.
When the “jitters” are accompanied by mental confusion and memory lapses, select Gelsemium 9 CH. On the other hand, choose Argentum nitricum 9 CH when the “jitters” are dominated by the agitation that comes for example, when you're afraid of not finishing in time.
The typical student who is sensitive to Gelsemium is paralyzed by the jitters and hands in a blank paper while the one who is sensitive to Argentum nitricum hands in a messy test paper because he's afraid of not being able to write down all of the confused mass of ideas he has in his head.
After you have chosen the remedy appropriate for you, take 3-4 granules every evening before bedtime during the two weeks preceding the exam and 2 dose tubes at 30 CH: one on the night before the exam and another on the morning of the exam.
Cordially,
Gabriele Piuri and dr. Attilio Speciani
