How much does the Intolerances on line service cost?
The service costs (IVA included) little more than a cup of coffee per day for the two months of assistance (80,00 € for two months), while 6 months of assistance costs exactly as much as a cup of coffee per day: 180,00 € for 180 days of assistance.

How do I purchase the Intolerances on line service?
When you enter the purchasing area of Eurosalus Shop, you can choose to buy the on line assistance service (2 months or 6 months duration) and even request to perform an ALCAT test at the same time. Payment by credit card is recommended since this option will give you immediate access to the service. Credit card purchases are processed by way of an encrypted and independent bank server. The service will also be activated immediately if you choose to pay by bank transfer, but before the assistance program actually begins, payment must be verified by the bank (from 3 to 7 days).

What will I need in order to use the Intolerances on line service?
You will need a computer, an internet connection, preferably wide band or ADSL, and up to date programs (Adobe Acrobat, MS Explorer 7, etc.) We highly recommend that you use your own PC, with which you can download attachments or program updates.

Is the service reliable?
The Intolerances on line Service can count on the expertise of Eurosalus's finest doctors and nutritionists. Doctor Attilio Speciani, who oversees the service, lends his experience to the guidance of the assistance provided by the Eurosalus nutritionists. The service is also able to establish whether direct medical control is needed.

Who will assist me?
Caterina, Bianca and Stefania are biologists and nutritionists who will assist you, at times with the help of Leila and Valentina. All of the biologists are supervised by Doctor Attilio Speciani in the evaluation of possible clinical peculiarities or when additional support is needed. Generally speaking, the same nutritionist will continue to assist a client even when the service is renewed for an additional period.

Will I need to purchase and take medicines?
The intolerances on line service is not a medical service and therefore does not prescribe therapeutic drugs. In some cases we will suggest that the client consult the on line guide to suggested remedies and natural medicines, however a doctor must be consulted before they are used.

In order to resolve my food intolerance problems, will I need to eat special foods such as dietetic bars?
Absolutely not. We'll recommend certain food substitutes (for example corn crispbread in place of bread) that can be purchased in the pharmacy, herabalist's, some supermarkets and often directly from the Eurosalus Shop.

Once I have purchased the Service, may I interrupt and later resume its use?
The intolerances on line service is intended for continuous use and therefore may not be interrupted once it has been activated.
