The Manganese Cobalt preparation is a mixture of oxyprolinate minerals that are extremely important for the body’s equilibrium.

Manganese regulates sugar metabolism, cholesterol, connective tissue and cartilage synthesis, acts in synergy with vitamin K to aid in coagulation and is necessary for the protection of cell membranes. By way of the catalyzing action of the superoxide-dismutase enzyme, it activates the defense against free radicals.

The main clinical conditions that call for its supplement (especially when a deficiency is found and when there is a need to support the functions stated above) are therefore arthrosis, arthritis, high blood cholesterol, the prevention of degenerative pathologies, hyperglycemia and recurrent infections.

Cobalt is a mineral that takes part in many enzymatic actions, particularly the venous and arterial circulatory systems, as well as cell damage repair and energy production. Together with Manganese and Magnesium, it has strong regulatory actions upon spasms within hollow organs as well as arterial and venous vessels.

Suggested products

We usually recommend a preparation that is highly absorbable: Manganese Cobalt oxyprolinates in liquid form (Driatec).

Dosage

The standard dosage is 2,5 ml per day.

In particular cases (for example, Raynaud’s phenomenon) the dosage may be increased to 2 or 3 doses of 2,5 ml per day.
