The following outline provides an alphabetical listing of the foods to avoid because of their obvious or possible wheat content. The table also lists rye, spelt and kamut which, even though genetically different, are too similar to wheat and don't allow the reactivity to be put out.
The second chart provides a listing of the most common foods that can be valid alternatives during the days in which wheat should be excluded from the diet.
Remember that it's always a good idea to start every meal with raw fruit and/or vegetables.
