Milk + Nickel + Yeast intolerance PDF Print E-mail

The biggest problem with milk intolerance is the underlying inflammation of the intestinal mucosa, that steals the body energy and resistance to infections. The most visible effect of yeast intolerance is a sort of “drunkenness” that dulls one's reflexes and lucidity. When these symptoms are joined by a hypersensitivity to nickel, the result is a suffering skin (dry, cracked and blistered skin) and, at a systemic level, headache, sign of a body under strain.

Of course there are also additional symptoms, such as colitis and/or constipation, stomach ache, skin problems (atopic dermatitis, acne, mycoses), polycystic ovary, fat accumulated especially in the abdominal area. However the real key to this diet is the overload: the skin is used as an expulsion channel for toxins, fat accumulates, there's headache due to the circulating “poisons”, the immune system is weakened, and most of all the invincible fatigue of a body suffering chronic inflammation.

This diet improves overall vitality and lucidity, the skin “cleans” and the body loses weight in the right places.

What does “avoiding milk, nickel and yeast” mean?

Avoiding milk means – on diet days - avoiding all milk of animal origin (cow, goat, sheep, skimmed, predigested...) and related products such as yogurt, whey, cheese, butter, cream, ice cream. It's also important to read ingredients labels because milk is still milk even if it goes by the name of “casein” or “lactoglobulin”.

Concerning yeast, ingredients labels don't help: you also need to avoid mushrooms, alcoholic beverages, and honey. If you place a mixture containing flour in the oven, even if it doesn't contain yeast, the flour will ferment anyway. As well, if you leave fruit cocktails and juices too long in the refrigerator you'll find them fermented.

Concerning nickel, the goal of a proper control diet is just to decrease the intake of foods which contain a lot of it, paying careful attention to industrial fats (which contain nickel as a residue), canned foods and foods rotation. It's possible to effectively supplement the diet with low dose hyposensitizing vaccines that facilitate an easier contact with food and objects that contain nickel.

How can a person manage the milk, nickel and yeast diet?

Once you've understood what you shouldn't eat, at least for a while, you'll be pleased to know that you can choose among many tasty things. You can eat a lot of fruit and vegetables as long as you check how much nickel they contain. Meat, fish and fresh eggs are fine. You may choose many types of vegetable milk: rice, chestnut... You can freely enjoy many kinds of pasta, grains and flours: wheat, rice, barley, spelt... Instead of bread you can use rice or potatoes prepared in many different ways. You can drink juice (freshly squeezed from the right fruits), infusions and green tea. And perhaps you didn't know that many sweets are perfectly compatible with this diet.

Milk is really not a problem whether for drinking or for cooking: just use oil (high quality) or your choice of vegetable milk in place of butter. Instead of bread, cookies and various baked products, you can use yeast-free extruded crackers, wafers and hardpans available in many supermarkets. Of course, you can also make many things yourself (such as tasty crepes).
