Luigi Oreste Speciani's years of clinical activity brought him to be considered as one of the first homeopaths to be known to the general public in Italy.

Although the methods used by Luigi Oreste Speciani were not strictly homeopathic, they emphasized respect for the body in a way similar to homeopathy.

His treatments also included techniques from homeopathic therapy that held a view of medicine that proposed to gather together all of the best “weapons” available to a doctor in order to practice what he was the first to describe as ‘Integrated Medicine’.

His clinical experience and comparison with homeopathic and natural medicines available at that time gave birth to numerous products and preparations that are only partly available to doctors today.

During his long career in anti-tumor therapy, a group of preparations that he regularly used as therapeutic support in anti degenerative therapy in the most serious forms of tumor (cancer) as well as in the less violent forms (cheloids, fibromas, etc.) were the famous ‘drops’ known to practically all who encountered him as a doctor.

These preparations are often referred to as “miraculous” while, more realistically speaking, they are homeopathic remedies that can be effectively used along with other therapies to accompany the anti-degenegrative therapy.

According to Luigi Oreste Speciani, “miracles” were performed by people, not by drops.

Although they have been modified over the years, the following preparations are available to the public and can be purchased at the pharmacy (PF1 stands for Potenza Farmacologica 1):

Euphorbia Eterodoxica Mulleri PF1 - Aveloz extract (or “planta que mata o cancer” as the Mexicans describe it) can be used along with the other preparations.

Vinca Rosea PF1 - Vinca Rosea extract, a plant from which other anti–tumor substances are derived, like Vincristina and Vinblastina, and are regularly used as chemiotherapeutics. This is also used together with the other preparations.

Colchicum HD9 - Colchicum autumnalis extract, or Crocus, a flower that resembles the Vinca Rosea and for this reason it is used in anti-degenerative preparations. This preparation is utilized together with the others as described below.

Aleurone PF1 - This preparation is quite different from the following three in that is was used to treat asthenia, tiredness and fatigue. Taking advantage of its stimulating effect on the immune system and on the body in general, it was often used together with other “drops” but it was also used alone as prevention against infection or as a general stimulant and tonic or as as a balancing remedy.

Dosage

The dosages for Aleurone are 8-10 drops placed under the tongue from 1 to 3 times a day for a period of 1-2 months.

The use of the other drops depends greatly on the type of therapy prescribed. For treatment of a cheloid, for example, the treatment is 10 drops in the morning of Colchicum HD9 alternated with 10 drops of Vinca rosea PF1, associated with an evening dose of 10 sublingual drops of Euphorbia Eterodoxica Mulleri PF1.

In the case of a recently found tumor, the medicine may be taken more frequently for a short period.
