Cobalt PDF Print E-mail

Cobalt is a mineral that is very important for the body. It takes part in many enzymatic functions related mostly to arterial and venous circulation, specifically the repair of damaged cells and energy production.

Together with manganese and magnesium, it has a potent regulatory effect on spasms of hollow organs as well as arterial and venous vessels.

Suggested products

We usually recommend a product that is readily absorbable such as Cobalt oxyprolinates in liquid form (Driatec).

Dosage

The standard dosage is 2,5 ml per day. In some cases (for example Raynaud’s phenomenon) the dosage may be increased to 2 or 3 doses of 2,5 ml per day.
