Food intolerances trigger an inflammatory process within the body that provokes weight gain and activates a warning signal within the body.

Slow aerobic activity must bring every individual back to his role of hunter and harvester, typical of the Paleolithic Era (hundreds of thousands of years ago). Even just walking is sufficient, but it must be done in a continuous fashion for at least 61 minutes 3 times a week at minimum and anything more that will give added benefits.
  7. Implementation of several rules for eating such as prolonged chewing, which activates the break down of fat and the intake of a small portion of raw fruit or vegetable before every meal (“raw, fresh and colorful” substances), a technique that speeds up the control of food intolerances and allergies.
